A short application, your current A/R aging report, a list of your top customers, and 1–3 sample invoices with proof of work such as a signed BOL, timecard or SOW sign-off.
New accounts usually take 2–5 business days for trucking and 1–2 weeks for staffing, depending on how quickly documents arrive and how fast your customers verify invoices.
Once your account is set up, often within a day of submitting an invoice. Funding partners typically verify within a couple of hours and wire funds directly to your account by ACH. Your first invoice takes longer, since your account still needs to be set up.

Fees usually start at 2%–3% for the first 30 days, with roughly 1%–1.5% more for each additional 30 days the invoice stays unpaid. Some programs use a flat fee instead. Your funding partner sets the structure.

They're shared only with the funding partner reviewing your file, for the purpose of evaluating and funding your account.
Sometimes, depending on the program. Tell us what you need and we'll look for a partner that allows it.
We can still help. Many businesses switch for a better rate or faster funding, though you'll need to check your current contract for notice periods and termination terms.
