Manufacturing invoice factoring

Buy materials and make payroll before distributors pay.

You pay for materials and labor up front. Distributors and business customers pay on 30 to 90-day terms. We match your company with a factoring partner that covers the gap, free to you.

How factoring fits your cycle

Ship, invoice, get an advance, then the rest when the customer pays.

You ship the order and invoice as usual. The factoring partner advances up to 90% of the invoice. When your customer pays, you receive the rest, minus the factor's fee.

  • Fund the next run with this order's invoices.
  • Say yes to a bigger order without waiting on the last one to be paid.
  • Factors look mainly at your customers' credit, not yours.
Week 1You buy materials and run the order. Payroll goes out as usual.
Week 3You ship and invoice on net 60. The factor advances up to 90%.
Week 12The distributor pays. You receive the balance, minus the fee.

Illustrative timeline, not an offer. Your funding partner sets the actual advance, fee and timing.

FAQ

Questions manufacturers ask us

Can I get funding on orders I haven't shipped yet?

Factoring covers invoices for goods already delivered. Funding for unshipped orders is a different product, and we focus on invoice factoring.

I already have a bank line. Can I still factor?

Often, yes, but your bank may hold a lien on your receivables. We check that before we send your file, so there are no surprises.

What does it cost?

Factors price by your customers' credit and how long they take to pay. Pricing depends on your customers and volume; we show you real offers.
